📦 Eligible Returns
You can request a return or replacement if:
- The product box is damaged on arrival
- The seal of the box is broken before delivery
- The outer packaging is torn, crushed, or appears tampered during transit
🚫 Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns in the following cases:
- If the box is opened and the product has been consumed partially or fully
- If no visible damage or defect is found
- If the return request is not supported with proper proof
📸 Mandatory for Return Approval
For a return or refund to be approved:
- Record a full unboxing video clearly showing the issue/damage.
- Email us the video along with your order details and reason for return at:

Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours.
✅ If Your Return is Approved:
- We will either replace the product or process a refund, based on your preference.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
